Sophie Brabbins is a happy, hard working illustrator and surface pattern designer. Her designs are inspired by the beautiful countryside surroundings she grew up in.
What is your source(s) of inspiration, what moves you?
I take my inspiration from the countryside and nature around me.
Your favorite museum, your favorite drink
Victoria and Albert Museum in London & mango juice.
Do you work at night or during the day?
During the day when the light is best to paint.

What is the most amazing present you ever received?
I got my first car for a birthday which was an amazing surprise.
If I say « paper » what is first coming to your mind?
First thought would be watercolour.

If you weren’t an artist, what would you be?
Before I discovered my love of illustration I always wanted to be a ballet dancer.
